Justice returns from Shanghae, where he is at present absent on sick leave, the proceeds of Estate will be transferred to the Revenue of the Colony,

Trade will account direct with that department with the view of avoiding delay, I think it right the Colony is held responsible for any default, that these accounts should be audited here; and I
